Nestle Fitnesse: Show off your Shape 14-Day Program



For 14 days, I will devote myself to the Program made by Nestle Fitnesse.
I have always believed that Beauty is skin deep and being a firm believer of the benefits of skin care for the skin, I accept this challenge so I too can care for my body. Journey with me as I, hopefully, get through this program successfully. *fingers crossed*




I have gained much weight over the Summer holiday. Gaining weight is good but I was just so disturbed at the kinds of food that I took in. They are delectable no doubt but incredibly fattening which is NOT GOOD. I intend to cleanse my body and hopefully, get it to be better than before. I can't be sure if I can pair it with exercise since that would be another problem but we'll see.

What I want to concentrate more is my tummy area since it's the one part of my body that's not "in shape". It is also the first thing or part that grows bigger whenever I gain weight.  

So, to start the school year right, I will be taking this program to see if it does make a difference and if i can survive it. (eeekk)


As promised here are SOME of my Vital Statistics

(this is not a picture of my abs btw, just an illustration :D )


MEAL PLAN:

BREAKFAST
30 g Bowl of Nestle Fitnesse with 125 ml Skimmed Milk
1 pc of Fruit
1 cup of Tea or Coffee (coffee for me!)

LUNCH
BALANCED MEAL with vegetables, meat (pass), fish or eggs, bread and dairy products.

DINNER
30 g Bowl of Nestle Fitnesse with 125 ml Skimmed Milk
vegetables or low fat yogurt
There you go! Those are my stats. I will be officially starting the program tomorrow MAY 24, 2011 and end on JUNE 7, 2011


I also encourage everyone to take this program. Living a healthier lifestyle is easier than you think and plus, you get loads more benefits especially in the long run. I hope this journey of mine will inspire you also to take a chance.
 I am also inspired by my fellow YouTube Guru Say Tioco Artillero to live a healthier lifestyle just minus the workout (you know what I mean right Say? LOL) follow her on twitter too!
